RETURN POLICY: At Your Ultimate Wedding Favors, we pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order.
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. All defects or damages must be reported within 7 business days of delivery date. If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@yourultimateweddingfavors.com within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return.
All requests for refunds must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Your order must be returned in its originally boxed condition. Please contact us before doing so, so that we may give you Return Shipping Instructions.
We will "credit" your credit card for the refund amount in a timely manner.
Defective products can be returned for replacement of the same exact product, without a restocking fee being assessed. All returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid freight. No refunds are given past 30-days of receiving the order date. In an effort to provide the best quality product, we reserve the right to modify our wrapper designs at any time without notification.
FAVORS that cannot be RETURN or REFUNDED:
1. Favor SKU/Item ID that ends in CC
However should you receive a damaged favor (SKU/Item ID that ends in CC), email returns@yourultimateweddingfavors.com as soon as possible. We will send out a replacement at no charge. When you receive your replacement shipment, you will find a pre-stamped, pre-addressed envelope, ARS (Authorized Return Sticker), or CT (Call Tag). Following the instructions provided, return the damaged merchandise to us. Do not include anything else in your return shipment.
2. Personalized Favors, Edible Favors, Candles and Disposable Cameras
Personalized items, all chocolate, candy items, cameras, candles, CDs, customized orders or favors made-to-order are non-refundable. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong date or misspell text, so please verify your dates and spelling of the text content very carefully. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
However if we made a printing error, the product will need to be returned to us. We will either reprint your order to your specifications, or refund your purchase price. We will "credit" your credit card for the amount of your purchase in a timely manner.
